Senior Revenue Cycle Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily charge-to-schedule reconciliations and manage the Chargemaster (CDM)
• Analyze payment variances and investigate root causes of denials
• Identify systemic causes of revenue leakage and implement process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Finance, Business, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including data modeling and VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH
• Strong understanding of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, and Medicare methodologies
• Preferred certifications include CHRI, CRIP, CPC, CCS, or CRCR
