Job Summary

Serving as the primary operations consultant for Revenue Cycle Business Operations, the full-time remote Senior Revenue Cycle Quality & Performance Management Analyst will manage implementation plans, ensure compliance with policies, and develop training programs for users.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze implementation plans for Revenue Cycle Business Operations projects
• Act as a liaison between business and technology teams to facilitate communication and resolve issues
• Develop and deliver training programs for current and prospective users while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and policies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
