Senior Revenue Cycle Analyst

Job Summary

Leading cross-functional initiatives, the full-time Senior Revenue Cycle Project Management Business Analyst will manage multiple projects to drive performance improvement across revenue cycle operations in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple revenue cycle projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations while coordinating cross-functional teams
• Monitor progress, track KPIs, and resolve risks or issues to drive process standardization

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in revenue cycle, healthcare operations, analytics, or project management
• Strong understanding of core revenue cycle functions (Patient Access, Billing, AR, Denials)
• Experience managing projects, tracking KPIs, and driving performance improvements
• Proficiency in reporting/analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Excel) preferred
