Job Summary

Leading cross-functional initiatives, the full-time Senior Revenue Cycle Project Management Business Analyst will manage multiple revenue cycle projects, develop project plans, and coordinate teams to enhance financial and operational outcomes in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple revenue cycle projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations while monitoring progress and tracking KPIs
• Drive process standardization and mentor junior team members to support continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in revenue cycle, healthcare operations, analytics, or project management
• Strong understanding of core revenue cycle functions (Patient Access, Billing, AR, Denials)
• Experience managing projects and driving performance improvements
• Proficiency in reporting/analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Excel) preferred
