Senior Revenue Cycle Analyst

Job Summary

Hands-on and detail-driven, the contract-to-hire Senior MEDITECH Revenue Cycle Analyst will lead MEDITECH implementation and optimization workstreams, designing and configuring solutions to enhance revenue cycle performance for healthcare organizations onsite.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead MEDITECH revenue cycle implementations and optimizations across revenue cycle initiatives
• Analyze current-state workflows and design system-enabled future-state solutions
• Support training, go-live readiness, command center activities, and post-go-live stabilization

Required qualifications:

• Expertise across middle and/or back-end revenue cycle functions
• Hands-on configuration experience with Resolute HB, Revenue Guardian, MEDITECH Expanse/Dream
• Experience supporting full implementations or large-scale optimizations
• Strong communication skills with executive, operational, and technical audiences
