Senior Revenue Cycle Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Defense Health Agency (DHA) initiatives, the remote Senior Revenue Cycle Analyst will design and maintain KPI dashboards, consolidate reporting, and automate workflows to improve revenue cycle processes across over 130 Military Treatment Facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Translate DHA UBO goals into analytic projects and measurable KPIs while conducting exploratory data analysis on large revenue-cycle datasets
• Design interactive dashboards using Power BI/Tableau/Qlik Sense to visualize revenue cycle trends and automate reporting processes
• Build predictive models using Python, R, SQL, or SAS to support operational decision-making and identify process improvement opportunities

Required qualifications

• Knowledge of revenue-cycle concepts and operations within the healthcare industry
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems and revenue-cycle software, including Oracle/Cerner and data analytics tools like Excel and Power BI
• Ability to analyze complex data and identify issues impacting revenue-cycle performance
• Strong collaboration skills for engaging with stakeholders and team members
• Eligibility for a DoD public-trust; U.S. citizenship required
