Senior Revenue Cycle Coordinator

Job Summary

Managing a high volume of medical claims, the full-time Senior Revenue Cycle Coordinator will refute denials, represent the Accounts Receivable area, and identify trends to enhance processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and refute denied medical claims through accurate review and resubmission
• Represent the Accounts Receivable area to internal and external stakeholders, providing necessary support
• Identify trends in claims data and communicate potential solutions to management

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of medical billing or health plan claims adjudication experience
• Understanding of CPT, ICD-9/10, and CMS 1500 claim formatting
• Familiarity with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Electronic Health Record systems
• Knowledge of HIPAA and regulatory requirements related to claims data
• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required
