Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Revenue Cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 8 RCM professionals while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Partner with various teams to optimize billing processes and improve revenue cycle performance
• Establish strategies for multi-state expansion and oversee RCM performance reporting

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of revenue cycle experience
• 3-5+ years of people management experience
• Deep behavioral health billing experience
• Understanding of Medicaid-specific billing opportunities
• Experience with group payer contracting and multi-state expansion is a bonus
