Senior Revenue Cycle Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Revenue Cycle Manager to lead and operationalize their revenue cycle across a multi-state behavioral health organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full billing lifecycle, including claim submission, payment posting, and denial management
• Directly manage a team of billing specialists and ensure productivity standards and quality audits are met
• Develop and implement operational controls to stabilize and strengthen revenue cycle processes

Required Qualifications

• Advanced experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW) is mandatory
• 5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle leadership experience with direct reports
• Proficiency in MS Excel reporting is mandatory
• Experience in payment posting and denial management
• Familiarity with behavioral health billing and Medicaid is preferred
