Senior Revenue Cycle Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Revenue Cycle Manager to lead and operationalize the end-to-end revenue cycle across a multi-state behavioral health organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full billing lifecycle, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency
• Manage and lead a team of billing specialists while maintaining productivity standards
• Develop and implement strategies to stabilize and strengthen the revenue cycle infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• Advanced experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW) is mandatory
• 5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle leadership experience with direct reports
• Proficiency in MS Excel reporting is mandatory
• Experience in denial management and accounts receivable recovery
• Behavioral health billing and Medicaid experience is preferred
