Senior Revenue Cycle Operations Manager

Job Summary

Leading large operational teams remotely, the full-time Senior Revenue Cycle Operations Manager will oversee strategic service-line initiatives, engage with cross-functional partners, and monitor performance metrics to drive revenue and growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead operational strategic service-line initiatives, overseeing process development or modification
• Engage cross-functionally with service line partners to ensure success of team/service line priorities
• Monitor Service Line KPIs and individual performance metrics, identifying trends to drive strategy

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital billing, resolution, or revenue cycle
• Proven track record as a high performer in current role
• Experience working cross-functionally with Operations Shared Services, Medicaid, and Self Pay
• Familiarity with Public Funding and Medicaid Eligibility
• Advanced skills in Power BI, Excel, and MS Office
