Senior Revenue Cycle Partner

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Revenue Cycle Business Partner will assist with hospital and professional insurance denials, coordinate with various teams to improve revenue cycle effectiveness, and develop departmental policies while analyzing system issues and trends.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate vendor liaison activities to reduce insurance denials and improve cash collection
• Analyze data and produce reports to identify trends and enhance revenue cycle efficiency
• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve account resolution barriers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare-related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of five years of experience in healthcare finance and revenue cycle management
• Extensive knowledge of revenue cycle operations, third-party payer regulations, and healthcare policies
• Proven skills in data analysis, problem management, and process improvement
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
