Senior Revenue Cycle Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Revenue Cycle Representative to manage payment integrity and revenue cycle activities remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate actions for payment integrity and resolve complex revenue cycle issues
• Interpret data, review findings, and provide recommendations for improvements
• Communicate assertively with third-party payer representatives and coordinate with internal areas

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 5 years of relevant healthcare experience, or a Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of experience
• Associates degree or higher preferred
• Advanced knowledge of medical billing and collections processes required
• Competence with Epic is preferred
• Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) Certification preferred
