Senior Revenue Cycle Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Representative Senior.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage third-party appeals and ensure effective resolution of claim denials
• Support onboarding and training of new hires while providing backup during staffing shortages
• Review and resolve patient-level issues related to contested charges and manage credit processing

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Three (3) years of experience in hospital or physician insurance activities
• Advanced knowledge of insurance billing, collections, and terminology
• Intermediate knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 codes
• No licensure or certification required
