Senior Revenue Cycle Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Revenue Cycle Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a subject matter expert in the Revenue Cycle space, collaborating with the Team Lead to develop training materials
• Analyze and implement procedural changes to improve performance and efficiency in payment processes
• Maintain detailed process tracking, generate reports, and serve as a key contact for client and audit issues

Required Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of related experience or Associate/Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel required; Access strongly preferred
• Knowledge of revenue cycle practices and healthcare experience is a plus
• Excellent organizational ability to handle multiple priorities
• Understanding and embodiment of company's Core Values and Operations Disciplines
