Senior Revenue Cycle Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Revenue Cycle Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on revenue cycle processes and collaborate with the Team Lead to develop training materials for new hires
• Monitor and ensure the accuracy and compliance of organizational functions, preparing reports for management
• Analyze and implement procedural changes to improve performance and efficiency while resolving client and audit issues

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of related experience or an Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business or five years of relevant experience preferred
• Minimum of two years of financial and/or business-related experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel required; Access strongly preferred
• Knowledge of revenue cycle practices and healthcare experience is a plus
