Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Revenue Cycle Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on revenue cycle processes and collaborate with the Team Lead to develop training materials for new hires
- Monitor and ensure the accuracy and compliance of organizational functions, preparing reports for management
- Analyze and implement procedural changes to improve performance and efficiency while resolving client and audit issues
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of related experience or an Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business or five years of relevant experience preferred
- Minimum of two years of financial and/or business-related experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel required; Access strongly preferred
- Knowledge of revenue cycle practices and healthcare experience is a plus
