Senior Revenue Cycle Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Revenue Cycle Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in the Revenue Cycle space and assist with onboarding and training of new hires
• Monitor and ensure accuracy and compliance of organizational functions and processes
• Analyze and implement procedural changes to improve revenue cycle processes and resolve client and audit issues

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of related experience or an Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of two years of financial and/or business-related experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel required; Access strongly preferred
• Knowledge of revenue cycle practices; healthcare experience is a plus
• Excellent organizational ability to handle multiple priorities
