Senior Revenue Cycle Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Revenue Cycle Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert on Revenue Cycle processes and assist in developing training materials for new hires
• Monitor and ensure the accuracy and compliance of organizational functions and processes, preparing reports for management
• Identify and implement opportunities for procedural improvements to enhance efficiency and maximize revenue

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of related experience and/or an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• Minimum of two years of financial and/or business-related experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel; Access knowledge is preferred
• Knowledge of revenue cycle practices, with healthcare experience considered a valuable asset
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
