Senior Revenue Cycle Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Revenue Cycle Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert in the Revenue Cycle space and assist in the onboarding and training of new hires
• Monitor and ensure the accuracy and compliance of organizational functions and processes
• Analyze and implement procedural changes to improve performance and maximize revenue

Required Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of related experience or an Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or five years of relevant experience preferred
• Minimum of two years of financial and/or business-related experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel required; Access strongly preferred
• Knowledge of revenue cycle practices; healthcare experience is a plus
