Senior Revenue Cycle Specialist

Job Summary

To support efficient revenue cycle operations, the full-time Senior Revenue Cycle Specialist will manage the collection of aging medical insurance claims remotely, ensuring accurate billing and documentation while meeting specified goals.

Key responsibilities

• File claims using appropriate forms and attachments while ensuring claim integrity
• Research account denials, file written appeals, and verify patient information and benefits
• Document all efforts in the CUBS system and maintain confidentiality of account information

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• 1 - 3 years of experience in insurance billing preferred
• Knowledge of all insurance payers preferred
• Proficient PC knowledge with typing skills of 30-40 wpm
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a busy work environment
