Senior Revenue Cycle Specialist

Job Summary

Identified as a subject matter expert, the full-time Senior Revenue Cycle Specialist will manage complex revenue cycle functions, ensure timely payment postings, and assist in training new team members while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor organizational functions to ensure compliance with established policies and timely completion
• Analyze and implement procedural changes to enhance revenue cycle performance and efficiency
• Serve as a key point of contact for resolving client and audit issues, conducting research on outstanding claims

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of related experience or an Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of two years of financial and/or business-related experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel required; Access strongly preferred
• Knowledge of revenue cycle practices and healthcare experience is a plus
• Excellent organizational ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
