Senior Revenue Cycle Specialist

Job Summary

Focused on collecting aging medical insurance claims, the full-time Senior Revenue Cycle Specialist will file claims, research account denials, and ensure the integrity of each claim while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• File claims using appropriate forms and attachments, and research account denials to file written appeals
• Evaluate client information to determine billing insurance and gather necessary documentation for claims
• Document efforts in the CUBS system and maintain confidentiality of account information

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• 1 - 3 years of experience in insurance billing preferred
• Knowledge of all insurance payers preferred
• Proficient PC knowledge with typing speed of 30-40 wpm
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a busy work environment
