Job Summary

Leading high-impact enablement initiatives, the full-time Senior Revenue Enablement Program Designer will design and deliver onboarding and training programs for sales teams, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive measurable outcomes and track program effectiveness.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead enablement programs from needs discovery and design through delivery and iteration
• Design and deliver training content, certifications, and resources for sales roles
• Utilize data and stakeholder input to prioritize content and improve training effectiveness

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5+ years' experience in an enablement or program management role
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce and sales engagement platforms
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver sales training programs
• Exceptional project management skills in an agile working environment
