Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Revenue Enablement Readiness Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage an enablement strategy and roadmap for Strategic Sales, acting as a trusted advisor to sales leadership
  • Conduct business and performance gap analyses to inform enablement priorities and content requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design and launch enablement programs aligned with business priorities
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years in enablement, business partnering, or GTM strategy roles in a technology company
  • Deep understanding of the sales process and enterprise selling skills
  • Consultative approach with a proven track record of effective collaboration
  • Ability to translate strategic priorities into actionable enablement initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required
