Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Revenue Enablement Manager - Customer Success Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement dynamic training content and programs for Customer Success teams to meet strategic learning goals
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide actionable feedback to improve enablement initiatives and measure impact on key performance indicators
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and maintain role-specific training materials and ensure alignment with business objectives
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in training content design or Learning and Development, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of SaaS business motions and the customer lifecycle
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and content authoring tools
- Proven ability to drive process improvements and identify innovative learning solutions
- Background in education or corporate training preferred
