Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Revenue Enablement Manager - Customer Success Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement dynamic training content and programs for Customer Success teams to meet strategic learning goals
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and provide actionable feedback to improve enablement initiatives and measure impact on key performance indicators
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and maintain role-specific training materials and ensure alignment with business objectives


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in training content design or Learning and Development, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business motions and the customer lifecycle
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and content authoring tools
  • Proven ability to drive process improvements and identify innovative learning solutions
  • Background in education or corporate training preferred
