Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Revenue Enablement Manager, Product Success & Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a post-sales enablement strategy aligned to customer lifecycle goals
  • Build and maintain post-sales playbooks and enable CS and PS teams on lifecycle execution
  • Design and deliver enablement programs and track adoption and effectiveness of initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in Enablement, Customer Success Operations, or related post-sales role in B2B SaaS
  • Proven experience enabling post-sales teams and creating technical or process documentation
  • Strong understanding of post-sales motions including onboarding, implementation, and renewals
  • Experience with value modeling, ROI frameworks, or success planning methodologies
  • Comfortable working within enablement and GTM tool ecosystems
