Job Summary

Leading the Go-to-Market Revenue Enablement function, the full-time Senior Revenue Enablement Manager will design and execute programs that empower sales and post-sales teams, leveraging AI tools to enhance content delivery and training initiatives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable operating systems for Enablement, including content governance and production workflows
  • Own the AI and automation roadmap for Enablement, improving content production and operational efficiency
  • Develop and oversee a comprehensive training curriculum for the Peek Pro platform to ensure proficiency among all employees
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
  • 5-8+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales, GTM, or related roles with measurable impact on revenue performance
  • Demonstrated thought leadership in Revenue Enablement and experience with AI tooling for measurable outcomes
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to align stakeholders and drive decisions
  • Experience with systems such as Tiger Hall, Articulate, or similar tools for creating polished deliverables
