Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Revenue Enablement Manager will manage the GTM training and enablement programs, focusing on developing content, mentorship, and onboarding processes to enhance team performance and engagement with prospects and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the vision and roadmap for GTM training and enablement at both individual and leadership levels
- Evaluate and implement a comprehensive new hire GTM training and certification program
- Partner with subject matter experts to develop role-specific training and ongoing enablement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of GTM training and/or revenue enablement experience
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and GTM Enablement solutions such as Salesloft and Gong
- Strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical thinking skills
- Proven ability to influence and work cross-functionally
- Extensive knowledge of GTM methodologies and management best practices
