Job Summary
As a strategic partner to Customer Success Managers (CSMs), the full-time Senior Revenue Enablement Business Partner will drive post-sale growth and customer retention by equipping CSMs with essential skills, tools, and programs, while collaborating across various departments in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted enablement advisor to Customer Success leadership and partner with the Revenue Enablement team
- Continuously evolve onboarding and learning programs to meet the needs of CSMs at all role maturity stages
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs in driving customer success
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- A minimum of 8 years in sales, customer success, enablement, or talent development roles, preferably in the technology sector
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale training initiatives
- Strong understanding of the buyer and customer journey, particularly within SaaS or cloud-based solutions
- Expert-level project and program management skills with a data-driven mindset
