Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Revenue Enablement Specialist to enhance sales and client experience through effective enablement programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and run GTM ramp programs and performance reporting for sales teams
  • Build and maintain digital learning pathways in LinkedIn Learning for ongoing development
  • Establish a recurring coaching rhythm and integrate AI coaching into management workflows
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B GTM enablement or ramp programs in a SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of owning onboarding, coaching, and product/launch enablement programs
  • Strong data analysis skills to drive decision-making and storytelling
  • Experience in developing and managing enablement programs through their full lifecycle
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various teams and present to leadership
