Job Summary

Driving revenue excellence initiatives, the full-time Senior Revenue Excellence Manager will define sales methodologies, develop team selling frameworks, and optimize the customer journey in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and evolve Vanta's core sales methodology for consistent engagement across revenue teams
  • Define team selling models and establish norms for collaboration between pre-sales, sales, and post-sales teams
  • Map and refine the end-to-end customer journey, addressing gaps and enhancing the overall experience
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in revenue enablement, sales strategy, or a related field
  • Deep expertise in sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message
  • Proven experience in developing team selling frameworks and pre-to-post sales processes
  • Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct management authority
  • Experience in coaching revenue leaders and translating complex frameworks into actionable behaviors
