Senior Revenue Integrity Analyst

Job Summary

To support revenue integrity efforts, the full-time Senior Revenue Integrity Analyst will manage charge compliance education, analyze revenue charges, and assist with financial planning while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Reviews and verifies accuracy of charge description master (CDM) and fee schedules, driving charge capture and revenue reconciliation
• Ensures regular updates to CDM, coordinating with maintenance vendors and training new users on system changes
• Provides education and support to clinical staff regarding charging processes and compliance issues, enhancing overall revenue systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with two years of work experience per one year of required education
• Coding certification (CCS, CCS-P, CPC, COC) is required
• Knowledge of MS Excel and billing requirements related to charges and claim forms
• Experience with electronic medical records and clinical application software is preferred
• Understanding of cost accounting concepts and principles is necessary
