Senior Revenue Integrity Analyst

Job Summary

Providing subject matter expertise in charge capture and compliance, the full-time Senior Revenue Integrity Analyst will lead audits, drive revenue optimization initiatives, and ensure alignment with CMS and payer requirements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor departmental charge capture accuracy and analyze work queues and reconciliation reports
• Identify charge capture gaps and systemic revenue loss risks while providing guidance and training to clinical departments
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Coding, IT, Finance, and Compliance to resolve issues and improve processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital revenue cycle, charge capture, or CDM
• Advanced knowledge of CPT/HCPCS and reimbursement
• Strong auditing and compliance background
• Ability to analyze financial impacts of charge issues and develop corrective action plans
