Job Summary
Providing subject matter expertise in charge capture and compliance, the full-time Senior Revenue Integrity Analyst will lead audits, support governance, and drive revenue optimization initiatives across clinical departments while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor departmental charge capture accuracy and analyze work queues and reconciliation reports
- Identify charge capture gaps and systemic revenue loss risks, providing guidance and training to clinical departments
- Conduct pre/post bill audits and analyze trends impacting reimbursement and financial performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital revenue cycle, charge capture, or CDM
- Advanced knowledge of CPT/HCPCS and reimbursement processes
- Strong auditing and compliance background
- Ability to analyze financial impacts and develop corrective action plans
