Job Summary

Overseeing and optimizing billing and revenue cycle processes, the remote Senior Revenue Management Analyst will manage end-to-end operations, ensuring accurate patient billing and driving operational performance through strategic planning and process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily revenue cycle operations, ensuring compliance with policies and best practices
• Analyze accounts receivable performance to improve cash collections and reduce outstanding balances
• Lead process improvement initiatives, including the implementation of automation tools and system enhancements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in hospital billing and collections
• Knowledge of government and commercial payer regulations and reimbursement methodologies
• Experience with healthcare billing systems and patient accounting systems
• Master's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
