Senior Revenue Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Revenue Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and guidance for the Revenue Management/Charge Integrity team
• Develop and implement charge capture workflows and best practices while ensuring compliance with regulations
• Analyze revenue cycle reports to identify trends and provide actionable insights for improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Eight years of experience in revenue management, with five years in the healthcare industry
• Relevant degrees or certifications such as BA, BBA, RN, CPC, RRA, or CPA
• Experience in hospital revenue cycle management and knowledge of reimbursement methodologies
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment
