Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Revenue Manager responsible for optimizing revenue strategies for assigned hotels.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize guest room inventory and pricing strategies to drive RevPAR growth
• Analyze market conditions and booking trends to inform pricing and distribution decisions
• Deliver actionable insights through revenue management reporting and lead strategy meetings with hotel stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in revenue management or a related analytical role
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Revenue Management Certification (CHRM or CRME) required within the first year of employment
• Strong understanding of revenue management principles and industry-standard performance metrics
• Experience managing revenue strategies across multiple properties preferred
