Job Summary
Driving commercial revenue performance, the full-time Senior Revenue Manager will manage pre-opening revenue strategies and ensure commercial readiness for a portfolio of 20-30 new hotels, collaborating with franchisees and internal stakeholders in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the pre-opening revenue management process, focusing on pricing, inventory, and demand-generation strategies
- Ensure revenue activation readiness by verifying systems, channels, and digital visibility are launch-ready
- Monitor ramp-up performance and provide strategic recommendations to enhance revenue growth and operational efficiency
Required qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in hotel revenue management or related fields, preferably in a centralized or multi-property environment
- Experience developing pricing and distribution strategies to optimize hotel revenue performance
- Proficiency with revenue management systems and hotel distribution systems
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Pre-opening hotel experience or experience supporting new hotel launches preferred
