Senior Revenue Manager

Job Summary

Leading a portfolio of elite hotels in the AMERs region, the full-time Senior Revenue Manager will analyze and implement revenue strategies, support revenue calls with key stakeholders, and build trusted relationships with clients while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, recommend, and implement rate, yield, channel, and E-commerce strategy changes for a portfolio of hotels
• Support and/or lead revenue calls with Hotel Owners, General Managers, and Directors of Sales
• Utilize revenue management reporting and tools to increase room revenue and grow RevPAR index for a portfolio of 8-15 hotels

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of hotel revenue management experience
• Advanced knowledge of at least 3 market-appropriate hotel brands and systems
• Experience managing elite, high-profile hotels in dynamic markets
• Bachelor's in Business Administration, Economics, Hospitality Management, or related field
• Strong understanding of hotel operations
