Senior Revenue Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Senior Revenue Manager, this remote position will manage the execution of revenue accounting, lead a team of Senior Revenue Accountants, and drive continuous improvements in processes and systems.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the operational execution of the revenue accounting function, ensuring compliance with ASC 606
- Lead and develop a high-performance team of Senior Revenue Accountants, driving results and talent growth
- Oversee the revenue month-end close process, enhancing quality and efficiency while partnering cross-functionally on revenue-impacting initiatives
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of accounting experience, with significant revenue accounting experience in high-growth companies
- 5+ years of experience managing or leading teams, with a proven ability to develop talent
- Strong working knowledge of ASC 606 and hands-on experience applying revenue guidance
- Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with evolving systems and processes
- CPA with Big 4 and/or high-growth company experience
