Senior Revenue Manager

Job Summary

To support revenue optimization for two properties, the full-time Senior Revenue Manager will manage inventory and pricing strategies, analyze revenue data, and implement sales strategies to maximize profits while working onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Manages room and function space inventory, ensuring effective allocation and restrictions to maximize revenue
• Prepares forecasts, budgets, and sales strategy critiques, analyzing revenue and profit opportunities
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders to implement and refine selling strategies based on market conditions

Required qualifications

• 2-year degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Hotel Management, or related field with 3 years of relevant experience; or a 4-year degree with 1 year of experience
• Proficiency in revenue management systems and data analysis tools
• Experience in sales strategy development and execution
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
