Senior Revenue Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Revenue Operations to manage sales processes and data analysis in support of the revenue team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recurring reporting for forecast, pipeline, funnel metrics, lead flow, and revenue performance
• Deliver executive-ready reporting, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses for sales operations
• Own compensation planning and commissions process, including configurations and quotas

Required Qualifications

• Greater than 4 years of relevant work experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or Sales Compensation
• Proficient with MS Office suite, especially Excel
• Proficient with Salesforce.com
• Experienced with Sales Forecasting and Sales Compensation tools
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
