• Support annual planning and build reporting for pipeline health and sales performance
• Audit and maintain data integrity across Salesforce and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Manage day-to-day order management and ensure compliance with internal policies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Deal Desk in a SaaS or high-growth environment
• Proven ownership of end-to-end quote-to-cash processes
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and reporting tools
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights
• Solid understanding of SaaS metrics and sales processes
