Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst/Revenue Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships across sales, marketing, and other functions to align on business needs and goals
• Design and implement efficient workflows for the customer lifecycle and manage business improvement projects
• Create and maintain sales and revenue-related reporting, ensuring high data quality and actionable insights

Required Qualifications and Education

• 3-6 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business analysis
• Strong expertise with Salesforce CRM; proficiency with other revenue technologies preferred
• Working knowledge of sales, customer experience, and marketing processes
• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, or data analysis tools like Tableau
• Experience working with multiple cross-functional teams
