Senior Revenue Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Owning and scaling the technical reporting infrastructure within Revenue Operations, the full-time Senior Revenue Operations Analyst will manage Tableau architecture, dashboard development, and reporting automation while collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance decision-making and improve reporting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the internal business owner for Tableau, overseeing dashboard strategy, prioritization, and quality assurance
• Automate and scale recurring information delivery and data analysis to enhance the accuracy and timeliness of business reporting
• Build and maintain dashboards and analytical views that support leadership decision-making and operational reviews

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or a related field within a SaaS environment
• Strong experience with Tableau, including dashboard design and stakeholder support
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data models or predictive analytics
• Demonstrated ability to automate reporting and improve analytical workflows in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Salesforce data and supporting executive reporting is preferred
