Job Summary

Driving pipeline visibility and performance, the full-time Senior Revenue Operations Analyst will manage CRM data quality, analyze funnel metrics, and support forecasting processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Own and maintain data quality in NetSuite CRM for new business opportunities, ensuring accurate stage progression and deal metadata
  • Track pipeline coverage and analyze funnel performance metrics to identify gaps and provide actionable recommendations
  • Support the weekly forecasting process by tracking accuracy trends and maintaining scenario models for pipeline risk and opportunity signals
Required qualifications:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Analytics within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong CRM capabilities, particularly in field management and reporting, with a preference for NetSuite
  • Advanced analytical skills to convert raw data into business insights and recommendations
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QuickSight
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly to sales leaders and executives
