Senior Revenue Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Self-driven and strategic, the full-time Senior Revenue Operations Analyst will manage Salesforce and CPQ systems, support sales operations, and provide insights into revenue performance while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Salesforce and CPQ admin, executing system changes and maintaining documentation
• Own and evolve the Revenue Operations dashboard, providing key insights to Sales and Executive teams
• Support the weekly Revenue Growth Call through reporting, data analysis, and preparation of business metrics

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Salesforce administration in a B2B SaaS environment
• Salesforce Admin Certification required; additional certifications in Salesforce App Builder or CPQ Specialist are a plus
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ and revenue operations processes
• Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of technical execution
• Strong analytical skills, including experience managing executive-facing dashboards and reports
