Senior Revenue Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Serving as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, and Executive Leadership, the full-time remote Senior Revenue Operations Analyst will manage core reporting, forecast support, Salesforce administration, and performance analytics to enhance go-to-market operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own recurring go-to-market reporting, including pipeline creation, conversion metrics, and executive dashboards
• Support forecasting processes and monitor pipeline health to improve accuracy and consistency
• Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards while ensuring data quality and governance

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Advanced data analysis skills with strong proficiency in Excel
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including building reports and dashboards
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, pipeline management, and forecasting
• Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI and familiarity with SQL
