Senior Revenue Operations Analyst
Job Summary
Specializing in Insights & Analytics delivery, the full-time Senior Revenue Operations Analyst will independently drive projects, tackle complex analytical challenges, and mentor junior analysts while working remotely to support the Go-To Market organization in defining growth strategies through data analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a business partner to Customer Excellence leaders to identify essential business questions and challenges
- Lead projects to develop answers and solutions, including developing KPIs to track results
- Present insights to executives to drive performance improvements and establish scalable process enhancements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., engineering, sciences, math, statistics, business, or economics)
- 5+ years of experience in an analytics role with increasing responsibility
- Experience in Cloud and SaaS go-to-market (GTM) environments
- Expertise in SQL and data preparation for analysis, modeling, and visualization
- Experience with a business intelligence tool like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker
