Job Summary
Bridging Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Product, the full-time remote Senior Revenue Operations Analyst will design automation, manage product launch readiness, and maintain analytics systems to enhance revenue operations efficiency and effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement automation for customer success processes, reducing manual efforts
- Lead post-sales readiness for product launches, ensuring cross-functional coordination and support
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports on key performance metrics related to revenue and customer success
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or BizOps, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce and Hubspot
- Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker, and forecasting software
- Experience developing and implementing AI tools to drive operational efficiency
